Meet

Dr. Castaldi

I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor on a mission to raise the bar when it comes to women’s health care.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment plans, I don’t offer a bandaid approach to healing and when it comes to your body, I certainly don’t think that I know more than you do. Instead, I offer individualized medicine that is natural, effective and aligns with your lifestyle — and this makes all the difference.

  • I'm going to let you in on a SECRET:

I never wanted to be a doctor.

  • Before I was a doctor, I was a girl who couldn’t get out of bed whenever her period hit.

A girl who lost every ounce of self-confidence to hormonal acne. A girl who was terrified she wouldn’t be able to get pregnant because her doctor told her so (through a voicemail, might I add). And all I was offered was the birth control pill.

  • I thought something was wrong with my body

Heck, I thought something was wrong with me. And I didn’t understand why nobody else seemed to be struggling with these things.

  • Then one day I learned how smart my body is (and yours, too!)

I’m talking top of her class, knows the answer to every jeopardy question kind of smart — she can’t be fooled.

I realized my body wasn’t forsaking me, she was asking me for help. Not only that, she was also giving me very specific clues as to what was wrong.

  • So I did what I had to do — I became the doctor that I wish I had.

And I’m here to help other women (just like you) get to the root cause of their symptoms, balance their hormones and heal naturally so they can start taking their life back.

STICK AROUND IF YOU ALSO BELIEVE

Your body is capable of healing.

You deserve to understand how your body works.

Lifestyle changes can change your life.

Periods aren’t gross. Pregnancy isn’t a medical condition. Menopause isn’t a disease.

Medicine should be safe, gentle and effective.

Your mind and body are inseparable.

My Credentials

I received my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and earned my medical degree from Bastyr University California. I currently hold my Naturopathic Physician license in the state of Connecticut.

THE FUN STUFF

I’m a Myers-Briggs type INFJ.

I grew up in Scranton (yes, like The Office).

I married my college sweetheart.

If you caught me singing karaoke, it would be Billy Joel or Shania Twain.

I love to crochet, but can only make blankets and hats.

If I weren’t a doctor I’d be a professional organizer.

“Can we work together already??”
