The Fertility Code
There are so many things that can wait.
That pile of junk mail on your dining room table. That creaky floorboard in your living room. That load of laundry ~still~ chillin’ in the dryer.
But tracking your menstrual cycle and monitoring your fertility? Yah, the best time to start that was when you got your first period. But the second best time is now.
Because tracking your cycle means you'll be able to recognize if something is off with your health, you'll have a hormone-free option for birth control that's actually effective and when you're ready to start a family, you’ll know exactly when to time intercourse to give you the greatest possible chance of getting pregnant.
Sounds like a win to me.

The Fertility Code
-
Lesson 1: Why every woman should track her cycle
Whether your goal is to conceive as soon as possible, have a hormone free and totally safe option for birth control OR gain a deeper understanding of your body, tracking your cycle gives you the information that you need.
-
Lesson 2: What information you should track
Learn exactly what information you should be tracking and what that information tells you about your menstrual cycle (and your health). This is the information that I ask from every single one of my patients because it's just that important.
-
Lesson 3: Period tracking apps
Period tracking apps can be SO helpful, but they can also be trouble when used incorrectly -- it all comes down to what your specific goals are and what information you plan to track. In this lesson, we’ll cover when they’re appropriate and when they’re not.
-
Lesson 4: An introduction to tracking fertility
Tracking your cycle is one thing — but in this lesson we’ll cover how to take it a step further and track your fertility so that you can either prevent pregnancy or know exactly when to time intercourse to make a baby.
-
Lesson 5: Cervical fluid
Every month, women produce cervical fluid in a very predictable pattern and the quality of that fluid gives so much insight into your fertility. Sound confusing? In this lesson I break it down for you so that you’ll feel 100% confident in interpreting this fertility sign.
-
Lesson 6: Basal body temperature
Your basal body temperature spikes ever so slightly each cycle. Once you know how to identify those changes, you'll be an absolute pro when it comes to your fertility. If you're totally lost, I walk you through exactly how to use the second fertility sign in this lesson.
-
Lesson 7: Cervix position
Every month, the position and texture of your cervix will change. Learning how to identify those subtle changes is KEY in monitoring your fertility. Let me teach you how to use this last fertility sign.
-
Lesson 8: Predicting and confirming ovulation
When it comes to your menstrual cycle, ovulation is the start of the show, which is why it deserves its very own lesson. Let's cover some extra steps for identifying ovulation so that you can be as accurate as possible.

Dr. Emily Castaldi
Could you learn how to track your cycle and monitor your fertility on your own? Yes, yes, 100% yes.
You are absolutely intelligent enough and smart enough to figure it all out (and don’t let anyone ever let you feel otherwise!).
That being said, learning from someone else who is a pro (not to toot my own horn) is going to save you. SO. MUCH. TIME.

Any woman interested in understanding her menstrual cycle: whether you're ready to start a family, looking to prevent pregnancy or just want to better understand your body.
-
Nope. Having a regular cycle can definitely make tracking easier, but it's not a requirement by any means. You can still get all of the benefits from tracking even if your cycle is irregular. In fact, it's probably the best way to make sense of an irregular cycle.
-
Yes, we'll cover how to use your menstrual cycle to recognize signs of potential health issues.
-
If you're currently on hormonal birth control, this course may be less helpful because it's geared towards women who are cycling naturally. That is, unless you're curious about a hormone-free option or just want to learn more about your body.
