During this 90-minute video call, we’ll cover EVERYTHING — your current symptoms + goals, medical history, nutrition, sleep patterns, digestive health, exercise routine and more.

All sessions are conducted via a HIPPA-compliant video platform, which simply means that your medical information is fully protected (oh and that you get to have your visit from the comfort of your living room).

First, you'’ll do the DUTCH Complete hormone test — a urine test kit that’s shipped directly to your home and done in the comfort of your own bathroom (can I get a high five for no blood draws?!)

This test tells you so much more than just your sex and adrenal hormones. It also gives insight into metabolism, inflammation, oxidative stress and nutrient status.

We’ll also do a full set of serum labs to investigate common causes of infertility that are often overlooked.

My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to help you to understand your body, so we’ll have an entire session dedicated to going over your labs — and you’ll leave with clear understanding of what’s going on in your body.

No need to worry about taking notes or remembering everything we talk about. I’ll create a detailed lab analysis handout for you that outlines exactly what from your labs needs to be addressed and how we’ll be working together to fix it.

At Castaldi Wellness, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments and I certainly don’t offer a band-aid approach when it comes to healing. You’ll receive an individualized care plan based on both your lab results and all of the information that we covered during your consultation.

Care plans include nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and (sometimes) additional lab testing recommendations.

I’m going to toot my own horn here and let you know that the care plan I’ll create for you will be pretty darn amazing. That being said, frequent check-ins are necessary when it comes to fertility because not every woman responds to the recommendations as expected and sometimes a different approach is needed — whether that means tweaking things the tiniest bit or going in an entirely different direction. This is why following up is SO IMPORTANT and why four monthly follow up sessions are included in your package.
