The test will tell you everything that you want to know about your hormones (and then some!). It measures your sex hormones like estrogen, progesterone and testosterone; your adrenal hormones, like DHEA and cortisol; and it includes a mini organic acids test which gives insight into nutrient status, oxidative stress, gut health and neuro-inflammation.

My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to help you to understand your body and so, I’ll create a detailed and personalized lab review for you. This allows me to explain what each marker means so that you have a clear understanding of what exactly is going on in your body.

At Castaldi Wellness, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments and I certainly don’t offer a band-aid approach when it comes to healing. You’ll receive an individualized care plan based on both your lab results and all of the information that we covered during your consultation.

Care plans include dietary, lifestyle, supplement and (when appropriate) additional lab testing recommendations.

I’m going to toot my own horn here and let you know that the care plan I’ll create for you will be pretty darn amazing. That being said, not every person responds to the recommendations as expected and sometimes a different approach is needed — whether that means tweaking things the tiniest bit or going in an entirely different direction. This is why following up is SO IMPORTANT and why an additional 45-minute visit is included in your package.
